A Midseason, Heirloom Tomato that has a very sweet flavor with very low acidity. These are a Regular Leaf heavy producing Indeterminate of these 10-14oz white beefsteaks. Great for people who can not handle acidic foods. Will also make for a good slicer, canning, sauces, and garnishes.
