Cilantro Slow Bolt (Split)
These microgreens are largely used in cooking Asian and Mexican dishes but can be used in salads, soups. I use this a lot when making my own salsas and my salads. This can also be used as a herb/spices from the seeds they produce which is Coriander. The Slow Bolt Cilantro is a warm weather annual plant and grows to be 12-24 inches tall.
