Hopkins Tomato

This is a family heirloom tomato that comes from the Hopkins family of Steubens Lick, Kentucky. These are a mid to late season tomato plant (80–85 days) with regular leaf foliage. It is an indeterminate tomato that produces these yellow/orange beefsteak tomatoes. The weights can range from 8 ounces up to 10 ounces. They have a great balance that leans towards the sweet side.
