Antho Tomatoes

Antho tomatoes have a dark pigment on the outer skin. The dark pigment caused by the sunlight. These fruits are higher in anthocyanin, which creates the color. Anthocyanin has a lot of health benefits and are used in many pharmacy ingredients and health products. Companies extract the anthocyanins to use in skin products, antidiabetics, anticancer, anti-inflammatories, antimicrobials, and anti-obesity effects and also a prevention of cardiovascular disease.
