These were developed by Brad Gates, a gorgeous black beefsteak. Black Beauty tomato is an indeterminate variety. Indeterminates will keep producing up until frost time if the plant is taken care of. They have regular leaves along with being a mid-season tomato that is a great producer of these 6oz (226.8 gram) beefsteaks. These have a wide variety of uses from canning, slicing, and markets just to name a few things. The flavor is complex, being sweet and earthy with a bit of tang to them as well.
