Uptown Funk Tomato

These were created by Blane Horton of Mississippi. They are a mid-season variety with regular leaves. They can range in weights from 3oz to 7oz. Also, this is an indeterminate plant as well. If you take care of your plant, they will keep giving these gorgeous striped fruits until frost comes. The flavor to these are also unique, being sweet at first, then the acidity comes a little bit after. These can be used in salads, salsas, garnishes, and the larger sizes could be used as slicers.
