Free Gift Policy

Every packet of seeds comes with extra free seeds. Now, for an extra free gift a $10.00 minimum seed order is required (not including the shipping cost). For the $10.00 minimum free gift we always give a gift of (our choosing) close to what you ordered. For example the order was mostly breeder packs. Your gift would be a breeder variety of (our choosing). A free gift will be included for $10 – $50 ordered in seeds (not including shipping cost). Then extra free gifts will be included up to $200 worth of seeds purchased  (maximum 4 free gifts).  As an example, if an order was place for $55 worth of seeds, we would include 2 free gifts. A $135 dollar order of seeds would get 3 free gifts included. 

 

Shipping

We offer shipping around the world and orders sent out with in 72 hours (Exclusions to the 72 hours – Holidays and Sundays – When there is no mail service , when running a sale, and the peak of seed purchasing November – April). 

Please, double check and make sure the address you want your order shipped to is correct. The shipping address we use is the address you provided us on our website when completing your order. NOT where you have you payment attached to. For example NOT what paypal has on file.

During the peak of the seed purchasing  November through April. Please allow us an extra 4 days for processing orders (7 days total), this is greatly appreciated. We are working diligently to process your orders quickly during this time. The majority of the orders will be sent out in 72 hours or less. But, sometimes we fall behind with large orders and high volume of orders in this time period. The extra 4 days helps us get caught back up when needed. We pride ourselves on standing by our word, offering quality seeds, and fast delivery. Lastly, most seed sites will take 10 business days up to weeks to fill orders during this peak time.

During sales we run from time to time – Please allow us an extra 2 days for processing if needed  (5 days total). The reason for this because we get swamped with orders in a short amount of time. Thank you for the extra time.

International customers there are different prices and restriction on orders/package.  Please read below before placing your order.

U.S.A customers please read below as well for your orders/package. So we can make sure you get your order/package as soon as possible.

 

United States Orders

Shipping with in the U.S.A – $5.00 flat rate – Orders sent out with in 7 days or less  (Exclusions is – Holidays and Sundays – When there is no mail service). The majority of the time orders are sent out in a couple of days.

Orders will come in a bubble envelope along with a tracking number. Once your order is completed, you will receive an updated email notification saying your order is completed along with your tracking number. The update email is sent to you automatically from our system. This gets sent to you once we pay and print the shipping label for your order. Please be sure to check for the updated email and follow your order/package’s journey by the tracking number.

 

Tracking Number Not Received

If for some reason (with everything being digital now days it happens) if you did not receive a tracking number after 8 days of placing your order.  Then email us at bountyhunterseeds@gmail.com.

Label/Title the email – Tracking Number

In the email let us know the name used to place the order, along with the order number, and date the order was placed.

This helps us find the order quickly. So we can provide you with the tracking number.

The Reason To Track Your Order/Package

The reason for this sometimes (not very often but it does happen) the postal service (which mostly all of the seed companies use) gets a package stuck at a hub or bounced between hubs. Then it will get returned to us after a few weeks. This is out of our control. But, if you track your order/package and you see it get stuck or bounced between hubs by the tracking number. You will have to contact your local post office and supply them with the tracking number of your order/package. This will help the Post Office retrieve the order/package and you will get it much sooner than the order being returned to us. Plus it helps so you are not waiting and wondering for weeks where your order/package is at.

If  The Order Is Sent Back To Us

If the order/package is sent back to us the tracking number is no good anymore. We will have to charge another $5.00 to purchase another tracking number to resend the order. Or refund what your order was less $5.00 for the cost of the shipping already used. Lastly, this will also take longer for you to get the order if it makes its way back to us.

Liability for USA orders

We are not liable for orders lost in the mail. This is USPS responsibility, they are the shipper – When USPS scans your order’s tracking number in their system, your tracking number should get updated in 24 hours. Be sure to track your package’s journey. Once the tracking number is purchased and then USPS scans your package in their system, it is now between you and USPS. This shows we completed your order, provided tracking, and USPS picked up your order. Now your order is on the way to you by USPS. This also means it is the shipping companies/USPS responsibility, not ours because shipping is paid to USPS to ship your package. They accepted responsibility to deliver your package once scanned in their system by them. If anything happens, you need to get a hold of USPS (link and phone number below) or stop by your local post office and supply them with your tracking number. This is why we use tracking in the USA, it protects both the customer and the seller. By the tracking number, you will know we have completed your order, along with what day and time it was picked up by USPS. If we did not use tracking, you would not know if or when we completed and sent your order. Also, you will be able to see all the different postal hubs, it is going through to get to you. Lastly, by your order’s tracking number, USPS can track down your package as well, if the package goes missing or held up on its journey to you. If you need any additional information from us we would be glad to provide it for you if you need to file a claim with USPS.

International Orders

We do ship all around the world and orders sent out with in 7 days or less. Few exceptions for International orders. Limit is 20 packs per order for outside the USA. We DO NOT ship large seeds outside the lower 48 of the USA. The reasons for these exceptions because of weights and customs restrictions.

International orders – $6.00 – When your order is completed, we reply to your order you placed. In that reply, we let you know what day your order will be shipped out. Also, we attach a photo of your completed order with your address and paid postage on the envelope in this reply.

 

Why We Do Not Offer Tracking Internationally

We DO NOT offer tracking for International order. The reason why we do not offer tracking because it cost a lot more around $15-$20. Plus, we have to travel to the Post Office, wait in line, and then drive back. Which takes time away from packing orders. Especially during the postal holiday rushes and the peak of the seed ordering season.

Shipping Time

International delivery time can range anywhere from 2 weeks up to 12 weeks. Be sure to order well in advance for your growing season.

Delivery times vary on distance from the U.S.A. and the different countries mail services.

Liability

We are not liable for orders lost in the mail by these mailing services.
