This is a rare heirloom tomato developed in the Ubuntu gardens and named after Chef Jeremy Fox. A mid-season tomato plant with regular leaves. An indeterminate variety that produces these oxheart tomatoes. They have a weight range from 8 ounces (ca. 302 gram) to 10 ounces (ca. 378 gram) in size. An excellent producing plant. Be sure to stake your plants well due to the production and weight of these plants. The flavor of these fruits are sweet with a touch of acidity.
