Aunt Cecil’s Green Tomato

This is a green heirloom tomato from Kentucky. These are a mid-season tomato plant with regular leaves. They are also an indeterminate variety, too. this plant will keep producing until the frost comes. The weights of these green when ripe fruits (GWR) were between 8 oz to 12 oz. We could not believe the vibrant green color when we sliced these in half. These tomatoes could be sliced up and add it to any veggie tray, it will draw peoples attention. Then, after they try them, they will be thanking you for using the green tomato on the tray. The flavor of this fruit is sweet and fruity. They will also be great to use as garnishes too to add more flavor to your dishes.
