Tasmanian Yellow Tomato

This is a rare tomato that originated in Australia. Tasmanian Yellow Tomato is the original tomato, not to be confused with Tasmanian Blushing Yellow Tomato, which is a sport version. These are a mid-season variety with regular leaves. They are an indeterminate tomato plant that produces these yellow beefsteak tomatoes with some antho on the shoulders. The weight range for this rare tomato are between 5oz to 8oz. A juicy and sweet tasting tomato with little to no acidity. This fruit would make an excellent slicing tomato for sandwiches, or cut them up and put them in salads. Check out our review of this tomato on YouTube.
