This is an heirloom tomato. A mid to late season tomato plant (80–85 days) with regular leaf foliage. An indeterminate variety that produce these red beefsteak tomatoes. The average weight range for these delicious fruits are between 8 ounces and 12 ounces. These were an average producing plant for us this year. But the flavor of this tomato were really tatsty. They had a nice blend of sweetness and acidity, with an old-timey aftertaste. If you like medium red beefsteak tomato, you may like Ruby Red Tomato.
