This is a rare Italian heirloom tomato from Ohio. A mid to late season tomato plant (80–85 days) with potato leaf foliage. An indeterminate variety with above average yields. They produce these pink beefsteak tomatoes that are very meaty. The weight average ranged from 8 ounces to 10 ounces. A great addition to any garden, They have an excellent flavor to them, with a perfect balance of sweetness to acidity. These could be used for slicing, sandwiches, and canning.
