A Midseason, Heirloom tomato that has Regular Leaf foliage. These bicolored large beefsteaks will hit weights well over a pound sometimes up to 2 pounds. A Indeterminate that is a steady producer make sure to stake your plants well due to the size of these fruits. This is a very sweet and juicy tomato which deserves its name it is a winner for me this year. Excellent for slicing or add to salsa or sauces to give it extra sweetness.
