Afternoon Delight Tomato

Afternoon Delight Tomato was developed by Brad Gates. This is a mid-season tomato with regular leaves. These are also an indeterminate tomato that does well in the heat. They can produce meaty 12oz -16oz beefsteaks that were very popular at our farmers markets. Some customers were not sure about how they would taste because of the colors. But once they tried them, they always asked if we had them every week. Which makes great slicing tomato for sandwiches and trays. The flavor of these gorgeous fruits are sweet and tasty.
