This is a rare oxheart tomato. It is a mid-season variety with regular leaf foliage. An indeterminate variety that will keep producing until the frost come if taken care of. They are an average producer of these red heart shaped tomatoes. The weights can range in size from 3 ounce up to 5 ounces. They are a meaty fruit with a thicker wall to them. These fruits have a complex but flavorful mixing a sweet taste with a fruitiness and an old-timey flavor. An excellent choice for slicing, sauces, pastes, or canning.
