Amethyst Cream Cherry XL Tomato

Developed by Brad Gates of California. Amethyst Cream Cherry XL Tomato is a larger version of Amethyst Cream Cherry Tomato. This Tomato has a unique bicolored look to it, with the blue/black shoulders and pale yellow bottoms. The flavor is more acidic than sweet, but goes great on salads or just snacking on them. A mid-season variety with wispy regular leaves. Also, this is an indeterminate plant and a heavy producer. These are ideal tomato to take to farmer markets because of the color and the production value. Plus, these tomatoes are more heat tolerant, crack resistant, and have a long shelf life.
