Bali Tomato
This is an Heirloom that comes from the island of Bali, Indonesia. An indeterminate variety which is highly productive. They produce a lot of 2-3 inch ribbed flattened red/pink beefsteaks. An early to mid-season variety. The flavor of these small beefsteaks are on the acidic/spicy side. So, if you like tomatoes that have a more acidity to them, this would be the one for you. When planting these in your garden, we suggest only to plant 1 or 2 of the these plants. The reason for this is because of how much they produce. We also recommend these for people who sell at farmers markets because of the sheer amount these plants produce. They would be great slicing, salad, and salsa.
