Big Caramel Mama Pepper

This pepper was bred by Troy Pimeaux, These are a caramel variant from Big Black Mama Pepper. We are not sure who found the variant, but we are glad they did. Big Caramel Mama Pepper is classified as a super hot pepper with a heat range of 600,000 to 800,000 Scoville Heat Units. It is said to have a fruity but fragrant taste to them. The plants grow up to 4 feet tall. When they start to ripen it seems like the supply is unlimited because that is how prolific this variety is.
