Black Brandywine Tomato

We grew several plants of these Heirloom tomatoes 4 from seeds, and we bought 1 from my local nursery. The reason for this is because of the leaf type. We grew these last year and never put them on the site because everywhere you read they say it is a potato leaf ours were regular leaf.  These are a late season tomato plant. An indeterminate variety that produces these black beefsteaks tomatoes. The weights can range in size form 8-12 oz. The flavor of these delicious fruits are unique, being sweet and acidic but smokey. These are great sauces, sandwiches, garnishes or cut up into salads. If you like Black Brandywine Tomato, you may like Black Early Tomato.
