Blue Canary Tomato

Developed by Dean Slater of Michigan. A mid-season tomato plant with regular leaves. Also, an indeterminate type which produces these 2 oz to 4 oz bicolored beefsteak tomatoes. Be sure when planting this tomato that they get a lot of sunlight to bring out more of the blue coloring. They are a juicy fruit with some unique complex flavors to them. Those flavors in this yellow fruit would be sweet but tangy. These are a great market tomato because of their looks and flavor. They also could be used as a slicer or added to salads.
