Boar’s Tooth Tomato

Boar’s Tooth tomato was created by Brad Gates in California. A mid-season variety with regular leaves. Also, an indeterminate tomato plant, which produces these 3-4 inch elongated tomatoes with weights from 2 oz to 4 oz. A very productive plant until the frost sets in if you take care of your plants. They are meaty with a sweet and rich flavor to them. The outside colors of these delicious fruits are absolutely gorgeous from the striping to the dark red/brown coloring. This is a very versatile tomato that could be use in sauces and pastes. But these could be canned or for fresh eating too.
