Claude Brown’s Yellow Giant Tomato

This is an heirloom tomato that comes from Kentucky. It was grown by Claude Brown for decades. It is a late season tomato plant with regular leaf foliage. An indeterminate variety that is an excellent yielding plant. Be sure to stake your plant well because of the weight and production. The fruits can range in size from 8 ounces up to 2 pounds. Our did not fair so well this year due to garden placement. The flavor of these meaty tomatoes are sweet with no taste of acidity. A great tomato for slicing, canning, or sauces.
