Constoluto Genovese Tomato

This is an Italian heirloom tomato from the early 19th century. These are unique in taste, not being too sweet or acidic, but having a tangy flavor. A good tomato for sauces, pastes, and canning. Constoluto Genovese Tomato is a mid-season variety with regular leaves. Also, an indeterminate type that produces these nicely ribbed fruits up until the frost time.
