Kookaburra Cackle Dwarf Tomato is a tomato that was created by The Dwarf Tomato Project. The cross to make this tomato was made between Wilpena and Cherokee Purple Tomatoes. This is a mid-season dwarf Tomato plant with regular rugose leaves. An indeterminate variety that produce 3oz (ca. 113 gram) to 5oz (ca. 189 gram) beefsteak tomatoes. This is a great variety for container gardening as well. These plants only get to be 4 feet (ca. 122 centimeters) tall, but make sure they are supported well. The flavor of these beautiful tomatoes is a bit complexed. They blend sweet, acidity, fruity, with a slight tang to them. A great tomato for slicing, salsas, or garnishes.
