Dwarf Uluru Ochre Tomato

A creation from The Dwarf Tomato Project. This was a cross between Rosella Purple and an Orange Heirloom tomato. An early season dwarf tomato with rugose regular leaves. This is an indeterminate tomato plant that is very prolific and produces these burnt orange colored beefsteak tomatoes. They do really well in containers if you are limited on space. The flavor is juicy and sweet with some added citrus notes. A very flavorful tomato for slicing or to add to salsa. Dwarf Uluru Ochre Tomato would be a great addition to your garden. If you like this tomato, you may also like Dwarf Kangaroo Paw Yellow Tomato. We have a review of this tomato on our YouTube channel.

The plants grew to an expected manageable size of about 3.5 feet in a sub irrigated bucket. All I needed was a tomato cage. It wasn’t as prolific as I expected. I did manage to harvest some fruit around early July.
