This heirloom tomato was created by Lee Goodwin from New Mexico. It is a mid-season tomato plant with regular leaf foliage. This is an indeterminate variety that will produce until frost time if you take care of your plants. The weights of these beefsteak tomatoes can range from 4 oz. to 7 oz. in size. They are also disease resistant. The flavor of this green fruit is very sweet. They would be great for salads, garnishes, and snacking.
