Filius Blue Pepper

Filius Blue Pepper is a compact plant that will only get about 2 feet (ca. 61 centimeters) tall. They are great for containers or houseplants. A very decorative pepper variety which could be used for landscaping or just to add color to your gardens. When these peppers start to ripen they turn blue to purple, then when fully ripe they will turn red. Once these peppers come into full bloom, they are absolutely stunning. You can also eat these pods as well. They have a sweet taste with some heat to them too. The Scoville rating for this pepper ranges from 30,000 to 50,000 (SHU).
