Goat Sac Tomato

A rare late season heirloom tomato with an unknown origin. They produce these red, elongated tomatoes with meaty red and pink flesh on the inside. An indeterminate tomato plant which will produce until frost time if taken care of. The plant can reach a height of 6 feet tall and the weight range is from 5oz to 8oz. Goat Sac Tomato has a good balance in flavor but leans slightly more to acidic side. This tomato could be best used for canning, sauces, or pastes.
