Gold Brooks Tomato

These rare golden tomatoes we got some years back. They were the result of a cross between Old Brooks and an unknown yellow tomato. Our average for these fruits was between 7oz to 9 oz but they are said to get over 16oz. Gold Brooks Tomato is an indeterminate plant with good yields. A mid to late season variety with regular leaves. The flavor of this tomato is juicy and sweet with very low acidity. This fruit has many uses from slicing, garnishes, or canning.
