Our average for these fruits was between 7oz to 9 oz but they are said to get over 16oz. Gold Brooks Tomato is an indeterminate plant with good yields. A mid to late season variety with regular leaves. The flavor of this tomato is juicy and sweet with very low acidity. This fruit has many uses from slicing, garnishes, or canning.
