Huge Black Tomato
A rare heirloom tomato that is a mid to late season variety. These are an indeterminate type which produces these medium-large black beefsteak fruits. They are juicy, balanced with a bit of acidity but more sweet and smokey. A great combination in the flavors and also very productive as well. They range in weight from 8oz (ca. 302 gram) to 12oz (ca. 454 gram) and would make a great slicing, sandwich, canning, or add them to sauces to add more and different flavors.
