Iraqi Heart Tomato

This is an heirloom tomato said to be brought to England from a military officer after WW 2. A late season tomato plant with regular leaf foliage. It is an indeterminate variety that produce these pink heart shaped tomatoes. Being an indeterminate plant, they will produce until frost time if taken care of. They have a weight range from 4 ounces up to 10 ounces. A very meaty tomato that could be used for sauces, pastes, and canning. The flavor has a nice, well-balanced flavor.
