This is a rare tomato with an unknown origin. A mid-season tomato plant with regular leaf foliage. An indeterminate variety that produce loads of these gorgeous dark striped tomatoes. Be sure to stake your plants well due to the production and weight of this variety. The weights will range from 8 ounces (ca. 302 gram) up to 16 ounces (ca. 605 gram). A juicy tomato with a unique, complex taste. They start out balanced then leans towards the acidic side but then mellows out. These did well for us at farmers markets.
