During these selections, you want to look for the flavor, size, and production values you would want. This is a mid-season tomato plant with regular foliage. It is an indeterminate variety that will produce until frost time if you take care of the plant. The weight of this beefsteak varies from 8 oz. to over 1 lbs. in size. These beautiful heart shaped tomatoes are very juicy, sweet, and fruity in taste. They would be great for sauces, slicing, and canning.
