This is a 100-year-old large heirloom tomato from Kentucky. A late season tomato plant with regular leaf foliage. They are an indeterminate plant which produce these big pink beefsteaks. Our average weight for this tomato was over 16 ounces. Be sure to stake your plants well because of the production and weights. Madison County Tomato, an excellent balance of sweetness combine with acidity. This very meaty tomato could be used for slicing, canning, sauces, or salads.
