Maralinga Dwarf Tomato

Maralinga Dwarf tomato has regular rugose leaf foliage. This was a cross between Cherokee Purple and Wilpena back in 2008 by Patrina Nuske Small. The stabilized and released by The Dwarf Tomato Project. These are an open pollinated tomato plant. They are a mid-season variety that is also a semi determinate too. Being a semi-determinate means it will produce fruits. The plant seems to die off. Then in a longer season it will start producing again. These produce black beefsteaks with weights between 6 oz -12 oz. The flavor of these fruits are juicy, rich, and sweet. These make for a good slicing, canning fruit.
