I got these a few years back as a free gift. I can not find any information if they are a Heirloom or Open Pollinated. A Late Season, Regular Leaf, Indeterminate, that is a steady producer of these red beefsteaks. The weights range from 5-7oz and the flavor is slightly acidic, juicy with a hint of smokiness. Can be used as a slicer, salads or sauces.
