Marizol Maroon Tomato is a very rare heirloom tomato. This is a mid-season tomato plant with regular leaf foliage. A determinate variety that produces these lovely black beefsteak tomatoes. They will yield a lot of tomatoes for 4 to 6 weeks. The weights will range from 5oz to 11 oz. These fruits have a mild flavor that has a richness to them. We really liked these tomatoes and so our customers at the farmers markets. They could also be used for slicing, canning, add to garnishes, or salads.
