This is a rare Russian heirloom tomato. These tomatoes may also be known as Moskovskie Nochi, which translates as ‘Moscow Nights’ from Russian. It is a mid-season tomato plant with regular leaf foliage. An indeterminate variety that is an above average producer. They create these delicious black beefsteak tomatoes. The weights can range in size from 8 ounces up to 12 ounces. The taste of these beautiful fruits are well-balanced with a touch smokiness.
