Pink Berkeley Tie Dye Tomato

Developed by Brad Gates of California. These are a mid-season plant with regular leaves. They are a more heat tolerant tomato and an excellent producing indeterminate variety. These were a very popular at the market because of the beautiful striping and the old-timey flavor. This is an exceptional slicing fruit for sandwiches and could be used for sauces and garnishes too. If you like large striped beefsteak tomatoes, be sure to check out GGWT Tomato. We also have a video review of Pink Berkeley Tie Dye Tomato on our YouTube Channel you may like to watch.

In Memphis, these produced incredibly abundantly, tons of 8 to 10 oz fruit, No problems. I mainly use these for juice so I take the plants down around July 4th because I no longer need them, I've met my goals for juice making that year, and then I put in my green beans and squash and everything else, so I can't tell you how really long and durable they are, they work great for me and they're just a very delicious taste, really one of the few really good tasting tomatoes out there these days will actually grow and produce a ton of tomatoes for you.
