Purple Dog Creek Tomato

This is an heirloom tomato that came from a community called Dog Creek in Munfordville, Kentucky. It is a late season tomato plant with regular leaf foliage. This is an indeterminate variety that will produce until frost time if the plant is taken care of. Be sure to stake your plants well because it is a great producer of these 12 oz. to 16 oz. beefsteak tomatoes. These outstanding fruits are juicy, meaty, and have an old-timey taste.
