This was a cross between Xanadu Picasso and Reinhard’s Green Heart tomato by Russe Crowe of Vermont. These are the original version not the other version. This is a gorgeous green heart shaped tomato with antho shoulders along with the blue steaks going down the tomato. These are a mid-season variety with regular leaves. Also, an indeterminate tomato plant that produce these large, beautiful heart shaped tomatoes. The flavor of this fruit is well-balanced with some tartness but very juicy. A great slicing tomato for sandwiches and vegetable trays. If you like heart shaped tomatoes, you may also like Reinhard Kraft’s Chocolate Heart Tomato.
