Romeo Tomato

This is an old Italian heirloom tomato. A mid-season tomato plant with regular leaf foliage. An indeterminate type that is a massive producer of these red elongated paste tomatoes. They have a weight range from 12 ounces up to 16 ounces with few seeds. Be sure to stake your plants well and take care of them. If taken care of, they will keep yielding fruits until the frost comes. The flavor is on the acidic side with some smokiness. A very meaty fruit for paste, sauces, or canning.
