Sofiya’s Golden Apple Tomato

This tomato was created by Sofia Saakova. A late season tomato plant with regular leaf foliage. An indeterminate variety that produces these beautiful bicolored tomatoes. When growing this tomato be sure plant get as much sun as possible to bring out the blue antho coloring. The weight of these tomatoes can range in size from 3 ounces up to 5 ounces. They have a nice mellow flavor combining both sweetness and acidity with some citrus notes. An excellent slicing tomato for sandwiches and deli trays. These could also be used for garnishes as well.
