When growing this tomato be sure plant get as much sun as possible to bring out the blue antho coloring. The weight of these tomatoes can range in size from 3 ounces up to 5 ounces. They have a nice mellow flavor combining both sweetness and acidity with some citrus notes. An excellent slicing tomato for sandwiches and deli trays. These could also be used for garnishes as well.
