Bred by Brad Gates of Napa Valley, California. This was out of his Pink Berkeley Tie Dye Tomato lines. Our Summer Love Tomato tended to have more of the green coloring and less of the gold and red colors. In the picture below, you can see the striping and some gold coloring. This was a great tasting tomato with a sweet flavor. A mid-season variety with regular leaves. This is an indeterminate tomato plant that produces these larger green bicolored tomatoes.
