This is an early to mid-season tomato plant with regular leaves. Tel Aviv Train Tomato is originally from Israel and became commercially available in America in 2015. These are still a bit rare since there are not many sellers of these fruits. An indeterminate plant which is very prolific and excellent for markets and restaurants. Once you try one, you will be wanting more of these bite size treats. Tele Aviv Train Tomato has a sweet but fruity taste, almost like a grape. They are a great salad tomato or fresh eating tomato. Another cherry tomato that sold well for us was Pink Ping-Pong Tomato.

Great germination and enormous growth. My first time planting tomatoes, I didn't get a ton of production due to high heat, but that was my test round-- given my zone (10a) now I know what mistakes to avoid (I didn't treat early for blight and pests, for example, which is my mistake but hey, they still grew like crazy). Some reached 8 feet tall. I decided to pull out the first set and start over in a new garden bed area for the real growing season, so I can't wait to see how they do under ideal conditions.
