An indeterminate variety that produces these beautiful bicolored beefsteak tomatoes. The weights range from 6 ounces to 8 ounces. A gorgeous tomato that sells well at farmers markets. The flavor is complex, being sweet and tangy with a tartness. An excellent slicing tomato or add it to sauces and garnishes to bring a different flavor element.
