Wagoner Beefsteak Tomato

We are not sure how stable this variety is. Many years ago we received a packet of seeds called Wagoner’s mix. This year we got around to planting some seeds. We ended up with 3 different kinds of tomatoes from this mix. This is a beefsteak we got from the mix. It is a mid-season tomato plant with regular leaf foliage. They are an indeterminate variety. The weights of this tomato can range from 5 oz. up to 1 pound. These beautiful bicolored fruits are very meaty and sweet. They would be great for slicing, deli trays, and sandwiches.
