White Carolina Reaper Pepper

This is another variant of the famous Carolina Reaper Pepper. These are a super hot pepper that is extremely hot but has a sweet and fruity taste to them. The Scoville heat rating can range from 1,00,000 to 2,000,000 SHU.  This peppers plant is a late season variety of 90+ days. These will also do very well in containers. Recommended container size would be 4 to 5 gallons. They are a heavy producer of these 2 inch to 3 inch pods. A great pepper for sauces, cooking, dried, powders, or pickled.
