This is an indeterminate variety that produces these gorgeous beefsteak tomatoes. The weights can range from 8 ounces up to 1 pound in size. These delightful fruits are very meaty with a complex flavor blending both sweetness with acidity. They also have an old-timey taste as well. A great tomato for canning and slicing.
